There is a good chance you applied for or attended training involving AIDT in the past, even if you did not realize it. If so, you already have an account and you will be prevented from creating another one.

If you don't know which email to use:
If you've tried the Forgot Password link and didn't get an email within 10 minutes:
Once you've reset your password, you can change the email address you want in our system by editing your contact info.
If you've tried the Forgot Password link and got an error saying that multiple accounts exist:
For all other assistance, complete and submit the Request Help form, then check your email for a reply.
For your security, our system does not allow different accounts to share the same email address.
The email address you associate with your account must be confirmed before you can apply for a job opportunity.
When you create an account, an automated message will be sent to the email address you gave us. You must check that email account and click the link supplied in the email within 24 hours to confirm the address and complete your account setup.
If you change your email address by editing your account, you will need to confirm the new email address.

Most of our pre-employment training programs only require an online application. If your résumé is needed, it will be specifically requested and you will be instructed where to send the résumé.
You can see the status of your application(s) by first signing in and then selecting "Applications" from the account menu. Each application and its status is listed. If the status is unclear, hover over it with your mouse pointer, or click on it. A tooltip will appear with more information.
