AIDT is seeking applicants for a pre-employment training program for Operators at MRaine Industries, LLC. Successful completion of this training may lead to employment with the company. MRaine Industries is a new water-bottling plant that will bottle water from a natural artesian well. These positions are available at the company's new facility in Autaugaville, Alabama.
Prepares production floor for daily production. Monitors daily production and adjust production based on inventory. Fulfill daily production reports in a timely and efficient manner. Reports issues and/or problems to supervisor. Ensures that safety protocol and regulatory requirements are being met on the production floor by team members. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently throughout the day. Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification within the first six months of employment. Communicates with Plant Manager and other department supervisors regarding inventory, production, and other related processes and/or reports. High school diploma or GED Equivalent required.
Performs minor maintenance of machinery and equipment. Adheres standardized work instructions and safety policies. Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently regarding the performance of machinery/equipment as it pertains to meeting daily production orders. Ability to stand at a workstation for 8-10 hours per day. High school diploma or GED Equivalent required.

Policy. Conducts Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to
Company and designated facility standards. Provides general plant,
production line, and facility clean up (5S). High school diploma or GED Equivalent required.
Uses appropriate material handling equipment to move product and materials from/to designated locations to support bulk activities in an efficient and safe manner. Builds pallets/orders as needed to support successful order fulfillment. Efficiently loads/unloads route trucks, bulk rigs, and transports with a forklift. Ability to operate a forklift. High school diploma or GED Equivalent required.
