Winkelmann Flowform Technology is a market leader in flow-forming solutions for aerospace, defense, oil and gas, commercial vehicle and a wide range of industrial applications. Our high precision rotationally symmetrical products offer many advantages over traditionally manufactured components. We use a variety of materials including titanium, aluminum, steel, high alloy and stainless steel. This innovative state-of-the-art plant is starting production in Auburn, Alabama, and is currently seeking a CNC Machinist/Programmer.

CNC MACHINIST/PROGRAMMER

PAY RATE: $24.00 - $28.00 PER HOUR 

Depending upon skill level and experience

JOB DUTIES:

  • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
  • Programs CNC machines accordingly or enters pre-defined programs
  • Sets-up CNC equipment according to the set-up instructions
  • Loads parts and verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces
  • Maintains specifications by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Certified technical school certificate
  • Minimum three years of related experience.
  • Must be able to pass a background check for ITAR regulations
