is seeking applicants for a pre-employment training program for Assemblers at Kaishan Compressor USA. Successful completion of the program may result in employment with Kaishan Compressor in Daphne, Alabama. Kaishan Compressor is an industrial air compressor manufacturer who produces compressed air equipment for a variety of industries. Kaishan Compressor is currently looking for 1st shift Assemblers to join the team.




  • Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
  • Utilize hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers and basic power tools
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
  • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications
  • Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience or specialized training
  • Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams
  • Basic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts
  • Experience with power and hand tools a plus
