MERCEDES-BENZ U.S. INTERNATIONAL
MERCEDES TECH CERTIFICATE PROGRAM



Interested in starting a career at Mercedes Benz U.S. International? Are you ready to learn about Mercedes vehicle technology? Do you want to receive an education and earn money while working? The Mercedes Tech Certificate Program is for you!

MERCEDES TECH CERTIFICATE PROGRAM:

  • Requires 3 semesters of school and work and 1 full time working semester at MBUSI.
  • Paid work hours – First semester - $16 / hour with an increase in the 3rd semester.
  • Attend class Monday – Wednesday; Work at the Mercedes plant on Thursday and Friday. (Saturday work is required if production is scheduled).
  • Earn a certificate in automotive technology.
  • Mercedes Tech team wear provided. (including any safety-related clothing)
        * Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA to stay in the program

TUITION AND FEES SUPPORT:

  • Semester 1: 65% paid by MBUSI
  • Semester 2: 100% paid by MBUSI
  • Semester 3: 100% paid by MBUSI
*Tuition support listed above is based on performing at a 3.0 GPA level

TRAINING CONTENT:

  • Production experience
  • Some training at the training center is possible
  • Career opportunities
  • Students must complete the program with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above and must receive a satisfactory work evaluation to be considered for full-time employment at the end of the program
