Bocar US
is currently seeking a Process Engineer to join its Engineering Department. Bocar US will manufacture high-end body structural aluminum parts for automakers operating in the United States. Various positions are available at the company’s new facility in Huntsville, Alabama.


PROCESS ENGINEER

SALARY DEPENDS UPON EXPERIENCE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops, configures and optimizes industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
  • Evaluates processes, take measurements and interpret data
  • Designs, runs, tests and upgrade systems and processes
  • Develops best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
  • Performs process simulations
  • Manages cost and time constraints
  • Performs risk assessments
  • Provides process documentation and operating instructions

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years in quality or business process engineering
  • Impeccable math and statistical analysis skills
  • Proven history in improving supply chain efficiency
  • Must be comfortable with integrating new technology into an existing business environment
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Knowledge of process related standards
  • Experience in process simulations
  • Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
  • CAD or AutoCAD skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
