DaikyoNishikawa has worked on developing wide range of products to meet the car manufacturers’ request of right resin in the right place.





  • Coordinate production work-flow for one or multiple products
  • Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders.
  • Oversees plans and scheduled work-flow sequence of molding, paint, assembly and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
  • Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements
  • Confers with department group leads to determine status of assigned projects
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Address issues when they arise for minimum disruption
  • Prepares, submits, presents and sustains performance reports
  • May prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment
  • May prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment
  • Engagement with all departments on (efficiencies, optimal capacity of staffing, minimization of inventory, and layout of flow with shortest distance travel)
  • Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
  • Minimal travel required


  • Proven Experience of production planner
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles Experience and working knowledge of MS office and MRP / ERP systems (SAP) Good at math and statistics
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • High School diploma; Further education or certification preferred
  • 5 yrs min automotive experience
