PAY: $15.55+ PER HOUR
and efficient operation of production packaging equipment to include:
Automated case forming, packaging and palletizing equipment.
operate and replenish fiber gluer and/or taping equipment.
to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in detail without
pallet identification labels in accordance to the production run
includes the verification of case quantity, product, product ID and
case coding equipment and validate product case codes in accordance
with code specifications.
and record accurate product case quantities.
and effectively communicate any out-of-specification product

school diploma or equivalent.
of (2)-two years of demonstrated work experience in food
manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred.
quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not
working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, CQP,
QAP, HACCP, SOP,5S, GMP, etc.).
truck certification or the ability to obtain a lift truck
certification (Powered Industrial Truck).
technical skills, ability to operate and understand equipment
controls, touch panels and mechanical operations.
completion of drug screen and background check.
verbal and written communication skills.
attendance is a must.
to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited
to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid),
standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around
manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.
with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment and following
approved chemical handling procedures.
lifting up to 50-lbs frequently throughout the shift.
flexibility. This is a hands-on role for a 24/7 manufacturing
facility. Our equipment operators are assigned to a team in support of
either be days, swing or night shift and weekends. Work days and
shifts may change to help cover vacations/absences, during plant
downtime or related events such as audits.
