PAY RANGE: $17.25 - $27.35 PER HOUR
BUILT IN PAY INCREASES APPROX. EVERY 6 MONTHS

POSITION SUMMARY:

Production Team Members are an integral part of every process at Toyota, building in quality at every step of the manufacturing process. These Team Members are challenged both physically and mentally to produce the highest quality vehicles in North America. Throughout their career, these Team Members learn multiple skills in production and comradery.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building American made Toyota vehicles and engines by following assembly processes created using standardized work and the Toyota Production System (TPS).
  • Performing physical requirements including, but not limited to, standing, lifting, bending, squatting and reaching
  • Adhering to standardized processes and procedures to ensure the safety of all team members and exceptional quality for all our customers
  • Able to work non-traditional shift pattern:
- Rotating Shift (2 week Rotating Shift Pattern):  
- Day Shift:  6:00am - 2:45pm
- Evening Shift:  4:45pm - 1:30am
- Additional $0.65/hr Rotation Premium to base wage
  • Working daily and weekend overtime when required based on business needs.  Overtime is mandatory when required.
