BASED ON EXPERIENCE
and complies with all safety, work rules and regulations.

up and starts all secondary operations within the manufacturing

supplies/supports Production Operators with appropriate
materials/functions to efficiently keep all equipment operational.

School diploma or GED equivalency.
(6) months to one (1) year of industrial/manufacturing experience,
with experience in a pultrusion manufacturing facility preferred.

have mathematical skill to add, subtract, multiply, and divide as
well as the ability to perform these operations using units of
weight measurement, volume, and distance.
be able to effectively communicate one-on-one and in small group
have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a wide variety of small
hand tools, scales, hand trucks, fork lift, utility knife, and
mixer/secondary machinery and computer equipment.
ability to rapidly learn the operation and set up of industrial
machinery per operating procedures while following training and
