PAY: $17.30 - $25.90 PER HOUR


  • Follows and complies with all safety, work rules and regulations. 
  • Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.
  • Unloads goods and material received, enters appropriate information into system, labels and locates material.
  • Transports raw materials between buildings
  • Separates customer orders. Pulls and stages orders. Repacks material if required to meet customer specifications. As required, makes boxes, packs, labels, and locates material
  • May perform functions/transactions in designated system to receive or shop material.
  • Provides direction to Warehouse Associates as directed by Warehouse Manager.
  • Participates in cycle counting; enters and verifies information; researches and makes adjustments as necessary.
  • Reviews preventative maintenance check sheets for forklifts. 
  • Use of ERP system (SAP) for material movements, receipts, etc.
  • Handle the accumulation, disposal, and transportation of hazardous waste. Must comply with RCRA waste management requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High School diploma or GED equivalency. 
  • CDL license, including HazMat certification.
  • Forklift Operators license
  • Three (3) or more years of warehouse/material handling experience, with experience in pultrusion manufacturing facility preferred.
  • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience with emphasis in supply chain and inventory control.
  • Comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and prod written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and product recipes/material identifications.
  • Must have mathematical skill to add, subtract, multiply, and divide as well as the ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate one-on-one and in small group situations.
  • Must have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a wide variety of small hand tools, scales, hand trucks, fork lift, utility knife, and mixer/secondary machinery and computer equipment.
  • Demonstrate ability to rapidly learn the operation and set up of industrial machinery per operating procedures while following training and plant procedures.
  • Computer literacy.
