job responsibilities of programs assigned along with any additional

sales activities with analyzing data and preparing output for others
to review that is clear and easy for everyone to understand
to SAP tasks in regard of sales field
customer’s interface and able to handle information correctly to team
supplier issues and suggest positive counter measures and solutions.

parts payment collection and make sure all parts are billed correctly
to communicate with customer and follow up engineering change notice

orders via email, phone, SAP and customers interface
data accuracy in orders and invoices
clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
sales team members in regard to administrator
than 3 years automotive experience. Experience sales is preferred
degree preferred or equivalent work experience
with SAP and be familiar with sales fields is preferred.
literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot
analytical skills with an attention to detail

with an ability to handle confidential information
communication skills, ability to express self in a clear concise
manner, brief, but able to get message across
