PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

STARTING WAGE: $14 PER HOUR

 BASED UPON EXPERIENCE

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a production worker, you are responsible for safely performing your job duties and following all safety instructions as given
• Operate production machinery as instructed and trained
• Use the metric system to measure, cut, and assemble as directed
• Assemble parts per instructions
• Inspect equipment prior to use for proper set up and function
• Maintain a clean work area
• Work with a continuous improvement mindset
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Be willing to primarily work overnight/second shift
  

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Production/manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to abide by all OSHA and environmental standards and to work safely
• Ability to follow directions and work well as a team 
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand instructions and directions
• A positive mindset and a willingness to learn
• Ability to perform basic math functions and read and interpret measurements (metric system)
• Must be reliable and report to work as scheduled
• Willing and able to become certified to operate equipment as needed
• Prolonged standing and working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that could include bending and stooping.
• May be required to lift up to 35 pounds
• May be required to read instructions and measurements
