AIDT is seeking applicants for Pre-Employment Training for Production Operators with Heiche US in Jasper, AL. The Heiche Group, a traditional, innovative company in the second generation, provides a unique spectrum of coordinated surface processes all over the world.




  • Performs work as assigned by the shift supervisor.
  • Loading and unloading of production parts.
  • Checking if racks are not damaged, if so report it to the Shift Supervisor
  • Report equipment downtime to the Shift Supervisor and record on log book or priority list.
  • Keep track of process details as directed in each line process
  • (recording quality, numbers of racks, coating thickness, etc.)
  • Perform quality tests (f.e. ink test, water brake test)
  • Undertake training in multiple processes.
  • Demonstrate tasks when certified to uncertified operators and check their work.
  • Inspect and package finished product.
  • Provide minimal maintenance to heavy equipment as directed.
  • Operation of process equipment as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Prepare packaged finished goods for shipment to customer
  • (strapping containers, etc.).
  • Attendance at production meetings as directed.
  • When required work as part of a continuous improvement team.
  • Compliance with Company’s Health & Safety policy and procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area. Maintain one’s own work area to established housekeeping standards. Helps to keep other employee areas clean and safe (kitchen, bathrooms, locker areas, etc.).
  • Wear appropriate safety protection at all times and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and procedures.
  • Flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business.
  • Recognizes and reports line or product issues to supervisor.
  • Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background, drug and work screen.
