to join their team in Huntsville, Alabama. Bocar US manufactures
high-end body structural aluminum parts for automakers operating in
the United States.

US has an exciting opportunity for a
Machining Process Engineer. The Machining Process Engineer will
manage the engineering planning and preparation activities necessary to
launch new jobs and engineering changes. Support the release of
machining processes, release of tools, release of machining devices.
Also, has engineering responsibility for resolving process problems and
improving facility safety, quality and productivity.
the release of machining process designs by validating the
products meet quoted cycle time, material usage, and requirements.
the impact of engineering changes in the pre-production + 6 months
in the development of new products and processes being launch to
process in additional production lines.
transfer to plant for mass production.
operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to run new process
required prototype and pre-launch production runs.
to tolerance guidelines, functionality, tool design, machine design,
cell layout, and safety concerns.
have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering or other related discipline required.
have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing
be proficient with CNC Programming, able to interpret technical
drawings and geometrical tolerances.
have working knowledge of technical drawing software, Hydraulic and
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, to establish root
cause and implement sustainable corrective actions.
have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
be detail oriented with the ability to manage a variety or priorities.
to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
