Nature’s Earth is seeking applicants to join their team as Loader Operators in Reform, Alabama. Nature’s Earth Pellets specializes in producing wood pellet pet supplies and fuel pellets. Their goal is to manufacture high quality products that are both environmentally responsible and environmentally sustainable.

 

 


LOADER OPERATOR

PAY: $14 -$16 PER HOUR

BASED ON EXPERIENCE



DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Loader Operator is responsible for safety and quality of the product
  • The Operator is also responsible for housekeeping, trouble-shooting, and achieving daily production and quality requirements.
  • Follow all plant safety regulations and considers safety first in all job actions.
  • Support the Department’s daily, weekly, monthly goals by the performance of planned work.
  • Maintain the highest quality standard.
  • Follow position specific checklist and accepted “best practices.”

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • High level mechanical skills
  • Experience operating multi-functional equipment i.e. Bobcat/Front Loader.
  • Willing and able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible in job roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable and superior results with little supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and management regarding equipment status, safety issues, and turnover information.
