in Vance, AL. MBUSI – Home of the World Class Mercedes Vehicles:
GLE, GLE Coupe, GLS, and Maybach GLS.
PAY: $20 PER HOUR
maintain and generate CMM programs used to audit, inspect, and verify
production components or supplied parts.
blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria
following best practices.
and implements design changes by using engineering client.
the zeiss simulator for new programs to prevent damages to CMM
knowledge of Zeiss software Cligo, ISO and GD&T.
fixture design for new products.
problem-solving groups in various departments.
Daimler standard analyzing program PIWEb to document dimensional
CMM and 3 D scanning machines in project phase.
and updates information for plant wide quality geometrical platform.
(Education and experience): Two (2) technical degree from a
certified community college or trade school in machine tool
technology (MTT) and computerized numerical control (CNC).
with no degree: Four (5) years of coordinate measurement machine
(CMM) experience utilizing Zeiss systems and software or
Computerized Numerical Control experience performing precision
measurements with experience in Zeiss software.
- CAD, AutoCAD,
(Siemens NX, Solidworks).
- Zeiss Calypso
/ Caligo software programs
planner, Monitoring, Reporter
dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
office, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge and
working ability with PiWeb.
- Knowledge and
ability of statistical software.
