Maintenance Manager in Mobile, AL. REN Seafoods is
Mobile’s new home for seafood processing.
We are hiring driven, quality-focused team members across
the business to service the nation’s top retail and food service
$60k - $85k
the preventive maintenance schedule (PM) and logs work that is in WIP
and maintains facility, grounds, and equipment, including but not
limited to processing line equipment, MEP, and general plant.
various motors and compressors as part of the above equipment.
all plant deficiencies to Plant Manager and schedule a time to fix.
parts log to ensure equipment is functional at all times.
and maintain all lighting needs in the entire plant and office areas.
forklifts and pallet jacks in proper order and schedule maintenance as
chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing.
Refrigeration monitoring with minor service.
cleaning on monthly bases.
degree, or related fields.
experience managing perishable goods manufacturing and production
facilities in a successful enterprise, as well as people evaluation
years’ experience in plant maintenance for a food processing/packaging
company, preferably with fresh and/or frozen food.
in electrical work as it relates to equipment repair.
in light plumbing work as it relates to equipment repair.
verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation
of manufacturing safety programs and quality assurance.
be able to lift 50lbs without assistance.
shifts: morning - afternoon; afternoon - late night
