processing. We are

recruitment, selection and the onboarding process.
a company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings.

onboarding plans and educating newly hired associates on HR policies,
internal procedures and regulations.
physical and digital files for associates and their documents,
benefits and attendance records.
associate engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and
with outside vendors, upper management and associates to maintain CSR
standards conscripted by authorities.
associate performance review processes and appraising their pay scale
appropriate disciplinary action against associates who violate rules

candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources,
business or related field.

three to five years of experience in a general HR role, such as an HR
