First Step: Discovering Opportunities at the Maritime Training Center

First Step will introduce you to the AIDT Maritime Training Facility and give you a basic rundown of each class on the MTC career path. We’ll also help you figure out which level to start on, plus take a tour and try our virtual welder. Apply today and take the First Step in a career in structural fitting or welding!

Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
