PAY: $15+ - $19 PER HOUR

UPON EXPERIENCE
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep record of patters for all brands (Bella Canvas and alo)
- Order pattern paper from Production Maker Marker (JC)
- Check all patterns for new styles
- Approve or reject pattern for production
- Coordinate with pattern maker if any issues regarding patterns
- Prepare cut patterns for Cutting QC reference to check the finish cut
- Keep record of all Pattern birthdays for checking purposes
- Monitor Cutting QC performance
- Assist in shrinkage allowance when needed
- Measure and check production pattern on the table when there is a discrepancy reported
- Check any issues found on the cutting table by cutting QC regarding improper cutting and confirm if will affect garment construction
- Separate all the pattern for different styles for Alo and Bella Canvas: men, women, youth/baby
- Prepare/copy all the QC forms
- Replace the patterns if broken/missing
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Be able to determine the garment construction
- Be able to determine sewing allowance and tolerance
SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 5:00 pm, (ten hours)
